You've seen my profile picture - white hair, fair skin. Plus ultra sensitive skin that does not tolerate sun screen - Yes, Jacki needs a brand new hat.

I would love to win a beautiful hat like that. Us Arizona girls really need all the sun protection we can get. Especially the pasty pale ones like me:)

This would be great for me - I had a basal cell carcinoma removed from my scalp last summer, so I have to protect the noggin!

You always have the neatest things on your blogs! The hat looks wonderful and just cries out my name. I would dearly love to embroider my initials on the brim! Do you think I could?

I love sun protective gear, including hats. And this hat is so very cute. Thanks for the opportunity.

With a hubby with Melanoma, I want to encourage everyone to use sunscreen and wear as much sun protective gear (incl hats) that they can. While you may think sun damage will not impact you, you'll be amazed how easily it is to accumulate sun damage in a lifetime.

Wow, I would love to win this hat! I am currently (sun)hatless; my daughter's EX-boyfriend sat on my lovely straw sunhat and destroyed it!

Leslie from AEC says:

I love hats! Wool hats, felt hats, straw hats, cotton hats, most hats. And this hat is so cool! Of course here in sunny Florida, sun hats get the most use and are the most needed.

Carol N. said...

Well the hat does have about just about everything going for it, except for me. I would just love to pop my head right under its SPF fighting brim!

I always wear hats but I really need one that is stylish. I live in Atlanta and some of the ladies in my neighborhood can really rock a hat.

Rhissanna said...

Oh, yes, a hat. We should all wear hats "pour encourager les autres". And yes, people stare, but that's partly the point. I hope whoever wins this gets out and is seen by everyone.
