Yes, the pasta and bread lover is giving up grains and sugar ... at least for 30 days to see if it will help with a wide range of problems that have been creeping up on me for the past couple of years. I have always known that grains were my personal love-me-hate devil and I think it is time to get serious about getting them out of my life.
